Description

This beautiful 1953 5-Window Pickup by Chevrolet, with a build that is less than 5 years old and less than 300 miles on it, is now available here at Crown Concepts in Tucson, AZ! A total Resto-Mod custom Hot Rod from front to back, top to bottom.

Starting with a new front king pin kit, the builder did a 5 lug disc brake conversion, on top of new shackles/bushings on all leaf springs. Upgrades also include a new frame mounted master cylinder/dual diaphragm 8" booster, with all new brake lines. And then comes the new 5.7L GM crate long block for excellent V8 power, backed up by a 700R4 automatic transmission, with a external lock up kit for overdrive by B&M. Couple that with a ZR-2 8.5" ring gear, 3.42 ratio, you have a perfect setup for cruising, and of course going to and from Car Shows on the 17" polished American Legend aluminum wheels with BF Goodrich tires. And to make it rated at the very top of custom builds, it has new GM accessories, alternator, power steering pump, chrome water pump, fuel pump, Edelbrock 600 CFM electric choke carburetor. This pickup looks new, feels new, and with only 300 miles on, it is just broke it in.

You'll enjoy the new Vintage Air Conditioning system, custom A/C lines, heater hoses, backed up by custom lower dash skirt for vents, including billet design throughout the pickup. You'll enjoy the view of the recessed dash location, Autometer electric gauges, with electric speedometer. Even adding the new electric Newport wiper system 2-speed, with a Ron Francias wiper switch, tells you the effort that has been done on this. From a new 3-row aluminum radiator, custom fan shroud, tilt-steering column, polished aluminum shift lever, to all new tempered glass with smoked tint, including new seals, it is complete, and will give you the special pickup you have always wanted in your collection.
