My wife and I had a long conversation last night about my addiction…. She probably felt that it was time for an intervention….. That my addiction had become more than what a man can handle , certainly more than my wife could bear…. My addiction started when I was very young 5 or 6 years old …. I would see a great shape or a seductive curve and I would be entranced ….I stared , I could not change my focus I was already hooked…..
I am hopelessly addicted to Porn , CAR PORN ...There I have said it I have confessed to it … but now it is so easy to feed the addiction . I once watched 12 hours of Barrett Jackson only to switch the channel and watch another 3 hours of Mecum before finally falling asleep unsatisfied and frustrated …. I have my DVR set to record “Overhaulin”, “Misfit Garage”, “Iron Resurrection”, “Bitchin Rides”, “Guild”,” Fantomworks” and three or four other shows that light my fire ..
Chip Foose is one of the all time greatest designers of Street Rods and his show Overhaulin' is one of my favorites because he strips them down to nothing and touches every square inch of car…… He adds beauty and grace where there was once just utility… He adds fire and heat to a car long after the fire was doused ……..
This beautiful 1967 DODGE CHARGER has been massaged from end to end by the hands of the Master and his “A” team….. A new crate 426 hemi powers this dynamic Charger through all of it paces.. The “build for this car was televised around the world and performed on the floor of the “SEMA” show ,this car had to be completed in front of the whole planet in just seven days...The wheels were custom designed for this car and manufactured at SEMA….. The magnificent paint was applied in a specially built paint booth on the floor at sema and the painter was dubbed the most popular painter in the country….It would take me three more pages to detail all of the specific mod's …...If you haven't seen the episode no worries we have it….. The last recorded sale on this car was to an investor/ car buff at Barrett Jackson at $104,500
